The dis-ease may be identical but the persons suffering from them are different. The emotions and the excesses affecting people are not the same. Some people may be strong and others weak. As far as the conditions of their body is concerned ... ones nature may be tough or soft, ones sinews and bones may be firm or brittle ... there are patients who suffer in their hearts from grief and others who enjoy happiness. If one treats all patients who appear to suffer from the identical problem or illness with the same therapy, one may hit the nature of the problem but the approach itself may be contraindicated by the condition of the individual patient's body. Practioners therefore must carefully take into account the differences among people and only then decide the therapeutic pattern they will employ so that it suits each patients individual constitution.

Loren's Bodywork Therapy
The foundation of Loren's bodywork therapy is derived from Chinese Medicine and integrated with craniosacral therapy. She practices with clear intention and remains open intuitively. Her studies in bodywork have ranged from the structural and visceral (organ level) to the subtle energetics of the human system. Each client is treated according to their individual needs at the time of treatment. Due to the dynamic nature of life each session can be very different depending on what will best support the client at the time of treatment. During a treatment each client is addressed on the various levels of structure, muscle and tissue, viscera, meridians (energetics), as well as the emotional and spiritual body. Her bodywork is therapeutically based and she has experience with many different conditions. Sometimes a treatment will be purely Zen shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, visceral belly work or meridian unwinding or a combination of techniques.
