GREEN KAMUT®
Containing an ancient Egyptian form of non-hybrid, noncrossbred wheatgrass, our organic Green Kamut is a mild and rejuvenating blend of 65% young deep green kamut leaf and 35% mature alfalfa. Green Kamut is widely considered more nutritionally dense than common wheatgrass, while alfalfa roots grow deep into the soil to capture more minerals and nutrients. Just Barley and Green Kamut are available in powder and vegetarian capsules. Kamut is the registered trademark of Kamut International Ltd.

How to Use: Mix 2 teaspoons of powder with 6 oz of juice or water in a shaker or mix powder with a small amount of liquid, then add remaining liquid.

To avoid rapid detoxification, begin using 1-teaspoon daily slowly increasing to 2-3 teaspoons daily. Greens of Kamut is an alkaline forming food. In order to assure complete absorption, take on an empty stomach at least 25 minutes before or after a meal.
